Since 1993, state, higher education, and retired employees in Texas have generously contributed more than $209.69 million through the SECC. These funds are providing aid to their families, friends, neighbors, and countless others across the Lone Star state.

Charities
The SECC exists to connect state employees to charities they choose to support.
All charities that provide health and human services and meet statutory requirements are invited to apply.
Campaign Coordinators
Campaign Coordinators lead efforts to promote the SECC to co-workers. They are some of the most important people in the campaign.
